    • Pre-project documentation («Outline Design» stage). Based on the technical brief agreed with the client, Pre-project documentation will be developed («Outline Design») in which basic principal solutions are indicated for submission to investors along with further development of the Project Documentation. The format of the Outline Design should include:
      • Explanatory Notes
      • Land Plot Layout Diagram
      • Floor layouts
      • Sectional views of building
      • Building façade diagrams
      • Overall building view
      • Technological and engineering layout diagrams
  • Project Documentation (P Stage). Based on the Outline Design agreed by the client, the Project Documentation should be developed (P Stage) for expert submission and obtaining of construction permits. The Project Documentation Content should cover:
